The tinnitus noiser function allows the hearing instruments to deliver a programmable tinnitus masking noise, either by itself or in addition to the amplified environmental signal. This function is available in select XCEL hearing instruments. In hearing instruments powered by micon, it can be programmed in up to 20 channels.
